Perfect for beginners or those looking for some extra support and guidance in the gym. You'll be given a tailored training programme. 1-2-1 personal training is a minimum of two sessions per week.
Do you want the benefits of working with a personal trainer, but at times that suit you? Online coaching will give you many of the same elements as 1-2-1 PT sessions, as well as access to a closed Facebook group with weekly Facebook Live sessions.
