Hey, I'm James, the The Viking Coach!


I'm Level 3 PT qualified and started coaching 3 years ago. I've had a lot of success helping multiple people become confident and proud of their body.


I've been bodybuilding for the best part of 5 years and have learned from some of the best coaches in the industry about how to train and diet effectively. I've worked with a variety of clientele with goals ranging from army prep to powerlifting. Though my favourite is body transformation.


My current goal is to help peoplebecome comfortable in the weights area. By educating and re-enforcing proper exercise technique, alongside effective dieting protocols, I have no doubt I can help create the confidence and mindset needed to build the physique of your dreams.


I have a no-nonsense approach and have no interest in gimmicky exercises or diets. Plans are all tailor-made to suit an individuals lifestyle and needs and are made to create an enjoyable experience.
